Det der g\u00f8r disse cupcakes specielle, er blandingen af natron og \u00e6blecideredikke der er i, det er netop denne ting\u00a0der er g\u00f8r, at de bliver s\u00e5 svampede som de g\u00f8r.<br> De er liges\u00e5 gode dagen derp\u00e5!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Antal: Ca. 24 stk<br>\n<\/b><strong>Forberedelse: 1 time<br>\n<\/strong><strong>Ventetid: 30 minutter<br>\nSv\u00e6rhedsgrad: Nem&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>DEJEN&nbsp;<\/b><br>\n180g sm\u00f8r<br>\n350g sukker<br>\n2 store \u00e6g<br>\n3 spiseske godt kakao<br>\nEn del r\u00f8d pastafarve (frugtfarve duer ikke!)<br>\n1 1\/2 teske&nbsp;vaniljesukker<br>\n1 teske salt<br>\n3,6 dl m\u00e6lk<br>\n390g mel<br>\n1 1\/2 teske natron<br>\n1 1\/2 teske \u00e6belcider-eddike<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>FROSTING<\/b><br> 170g fl\u00f8deost (stuetemperatur)<br> 60 g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<br> 400 g flormelis<br> 1 teske vaniljeeksrakt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>FREMGANGSM\u00c5DE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>DEJEN<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 175 grader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pisk sm\u00f8r, sukker, vaniljesukker og salt til det er luftigt, og tils\u00e6t derefter et \u00e6g ad gangen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I en anden sk\u00e5l blandes kakao og m\u00e6lk sammen med den r\u00f8de pastafarve &#8211; man skal kunne se blandningen er r\u00f8d (\u00f8nsker du ikke kagen skal v\u00e6re r\u00f8d, kan du sagtens lade v\u00e6re, det g\u00f8r ingen forskel p\u00e5 smagen).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland nu skifte vis sigtet mel og m\u00e6lke-kakao blandingen i dejen, stop n\u00e5r den er ensartet!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bland hurtigt i en lille sk\u00e5l \u00e6belcider-eddike og natron, det vil begynde at skumme en del, men det m\u00e5 ikke st\u00e5 mere end 20 sekunder! S\u00e5 kom det direkte op i dejen og r\u00f8r det godt ud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom dem op i muffins-formene og bag dem i 18-20 min &#8211; de m\u00e5 virkelig ikke blive bagt for meget, da hele ideen med dem er at de skal v\u00e6re svampede!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FROSTNINGEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pisk fl\u00f8deost, sm\u00f8r, vaniljeeksrakt super luftigt (5-8 min!) og tils\u00e6t flormelis over 2 omgange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kom frostingen op i en spr\u00f8jtepose med den \u00f8nskede tylle (Jeg brugte en stor rund tylle).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spr\u00f8jt frostingen ud i den \u00f8nskede m\u00e6ngde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Spr\u00f8jt kun frosting p\u00e5 de cupackes du skal severer, og kom resten af frostingen i k\u00f8leskabet, og lad cupcakesene st\u00e5 ved stuetemperatur indtil de skal spises.
