Margensbundene er super duper nemme at lave, jeg t\u00f8r n\u00e6sten sige at alle kan lave dem! S\u00e5 hvis du skal holde en sommer fest eller f\u00f8dselsdag, s\u00e5 lav den her kage, den er relativ hurtig at lave, ventetiden er alts\u00e5 det der tager l\u00e6ngst tid. God forn\u00f8jelse!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/magnolias.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_3713-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-915\" srcset=\"https:\/\/magnolias.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_3713-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/magnolias.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_3713-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/magnolias.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_3713-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/magnolias.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_3713-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/magnolias.dk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/IMG_3713-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Til cirka 10 personer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forberedelse<\/strong>: 30 minutter<br><strong>Ventetid<\/strong>: 2 timer<br><strong>Sv\u00e6rhedsgrad<\/strong>: Nem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MARENGSBUND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 \u00e6ggehvider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g sukker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teske eddike (b\u00e5de \u00e6blecidereddike og lagereddike kan bruges)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><b>FYLD<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ca. 4 dl fl\u00f8de<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1200g b\u00e6r (f.eks. jordb\u00e6r, eller blanding med hindb\u00e6r, bl\u00e5b\u00e6r, bromb\u00e6r osv.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125g lys\/m\u00f8rk chokolade<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FREMGANGSM\u00c5DE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MARENGSBUND<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forvarm ovnen p\u00e5 100 grader.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pisk dine \u00e6ggehvider bl\u00f8de og tils\u00e6t sukkeret en spiseske af gangen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t til sidst eddiken og pisk til, at maregnsen er sej og blank &#8211; og til du ikke l\u00e6ngere kan m\u00e6rke sukkerkornene mellem dine fingre!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spred marengsen ud til en firkant p\u00e5 et stykke bagepapir (ca 15&#215;30 cm) &#8211; eller kom det i en spr\u00f8jtepose med en stor rund tylle, og spr\u00f8jt to cirkler med en diameter p\u00e5 cirka 20-24 cm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bag bunden i cirka 1 time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e5r bundene er f\u00e6rdige slukkes ovnen &#8211; lad bundene k\u00f8le af indeni ovnen, \u00a0i endnu en time! (det her er tricket til at f\u00e5 den bedste maregens!!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FYLD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vask b\u00e6rerne og sk\u00e6r dem over hvis n\u00f8dvendigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hak chokoladen &#8211; gerne b\u00e5de sm\u00e5 og store stykker.
