Den smager super godt, og har en dejlig smag af chokolade \u2013 en lagkage alle chokolade elskerere bare m\u00e5 pr\u00f8ve! ?&nbsp;Du skal v\u00e6re&nbsp;t\u00e5lmodig med denne kage; der er en del piske tid \u2013 brug gerne en r\u00f8remaskine, det g\u00f8r det kun nemmere ?.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026. (lad dig ikke skr\u00e6mme at den store m\u00e6ngde sukker, det er det hele v\u00e6rd! ;o)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Antal: 10-12 personer.<br><br><\/strong><strong>Forberedelse: 1 time<br><br><\/strong><strong>Ventetid: Ca 1 time<br><br>Sv\u00e6rhedsgrad: Middel<br><\/strong><strong><br><br>DEJ<br><br><\/strong>430g sukker<br>235g mel<br>75g kakao<br>1 tsk. bagepulver<br>1 tsk. natron<br>1 tsk. salt<br>2 \u00e6g<br>1 kop varm st\u00e6rk kaffe (kagen kommer IKKE til at smage af kaffe, den er med til at fremh\u00e6ve smagen at chokolade!)<br>240g k\u00e6rnem\u00e6lk<br>95g olie<br>2 tsk vaniljeestrakt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FROSTING<br><br><\/strong>230g bl\u00f8dt sm\u00f8r<br>380g flormelis<br>45g kakao<br>Evt. 50-70g smeltet m\u00f8rk chokolade (hvis man ikke synes den smager nok at chokoalde)<br>2 tsk. vaniljeekstrakt<br>4 spiseske fl\u00f8de eller m\u00e6lk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ANDET<br>\n<\/strong>To springforme, cirka 22 centimeter i diameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>FREMGANGSM\u00c5DE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DEJEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forvarm ovnen til 175\u00b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sm\u00f8r (eller olie) og mel formene \u2013 Kom sm\u00f8r\/olie rundt i hele formen og kom mel i den. Ryst formen til melet er overalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I en sk\u00e5l kommes alle de t\u00f8rre i ingredienser med piske delen (hvis man bruger en r\u00f8remaskine, ellers bare en h\u00e5ndmikser) Pisk til alt er godt blandet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t nu de v\u00e5de ingredienser \u2013 og pisk ved medium hastighed i 3 minutte \u2013 dejen vil v\u00e6re tynd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fordel dejen i de forberedte forme og bag dem i 30-35 minutter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00f8l kagerne af p\u00e5 en rist i 10 minutter f\u00f8r du l\u00f8sner det fra formen \u2013 lad dem nu k\u00f8le <em>HELT<\/em> af.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FROSTING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kom sm\u00f8r i r\u00f8resk\u00e5len med spartlen p\u00e5 h\u00f8jeste hastighed (igen, har du ikke en r\u00f8remaskine brug h\u00e5ndmikser) og g\u00f8r det luftigt og cremet ved at piske i 4 minutter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si nu flormelis og kakao ned i sm\u00f8rret \u2013 pisk videre i 3 minutter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tils\u00e6t de sidste ingredienser og pisk i yderligere 5 minutter (tro mig, det er det hele v\u00e6rd, man ender ud med den mest luftige frosting!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SAMLING&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tag den ene afk\u00f8lde bund og s\u00e6t den p\u00e5 det \u00f8nskede fad. Tag nu lidt under halvdelen af frostingen og spred det ud p\u00e5 bunden. Kom den anden bund oven p\u00e5 og pres forsigtigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fordel resten at frostingen rundt om kagen.
