En super god klassiker.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Til ca. 12-14 &nbsp;personer&nbsp;<\/b>(skal laves dagen f\u00f8r)<i>&nbsp;<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div><i><br>\n<\/i><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><b>MANDELBUNDE<\/b><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>100 g \u00e6ggeblommer<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>65 g sukker<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>100 g hvedemel<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>1 teske bagepulver<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>50 g fint blendede mandler<br>\n200 g \u00e6ggehvider<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div><b>HINDB\u00c6RFROMAGE<\/b><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>5 blad husblas<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>1\/2 vaniljestang<br>\n50 g flormelis<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>200 g friske eller opt\u00f8et hindb\u00e6r<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>1\/2 L fl\u00f8de<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><b>OVERTR\u00c6KSMARCIPAN<br>\n<\/b>200 g ren r\u00e5 marcipan<br>\n100 g flormelis<br>\n25 g glukosesirup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><b>Desuden:<\/b><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>1 plade god hvid chokolade (til chokolade sp\u00e5ner)<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>cirka 14 friske hindb\u00e6r<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>1 spring form (cirka 24 i diameter)<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>cirka 3-4 dl piskefl\u00f8de til rosetter<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>FREMGANGSM\u00c5DE<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><b>MANDELBUNDE<\/b><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Pisk \u00e6ggeblommer med sukker med en h\u00e5ndmixer (eller r\u00f8remaskine) til en tyk \u00e6ggesnaps.<\/li>\n<li>Bland mel og bagepulver i en anden sk\u00e5l sammen med de fint blendede mandler og sigt det ned i \u00e6ggesnapsen, vend det forsigtigt sammen.<\/li>\n<li>&nbsp;Pisk i en anden sk\u00e5l de 200 g \u00e6ggehvider stive og vend det forsigtigt ind i dejen &#8211; stop n\u00e5r den er ensartet.<\/li>\n<li>Klip et stykke bagepapir ud, som er pr\u00e6cis liges\u00e5 stor som din form.<\/li>\n<li>Fordel dejen ud i formen og glat den ud s\u00e5 meget du kan. Bag bunden i ovnen ved 190 grader i cirka 30 minutter. Afk\u00f8l bunden helt, inden den sk\u00e6res over i to lige store bunde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div><b>HINDB\u00c6RFROMAGE&nbsp;<\/b><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u00e6g husblassen i bl\u00f8d i ca. 1\/2 liter vand i min. 30 minutter.<\/li>\n<li>Fl\u00e6k vaniljestang og skrab kornene ud. Mas kornene med flormelissen, s\u00e5 kornene bliver skilt fra hinanden, kom flormelissen op til hindb\u00e6rrene og r\u00f8r.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e6t gryden over at koge (til hindb\u00e6rmassen har en temperatur p\u00e5 ca 70 grader!)<\/li>\n<li>Tag hindb\u00e6rmassen af blusset.<\/li>\n<li>Vird husblassen for vand og kom den direkte op til hindb\u00e6rrene &#8211; r\u00f8r godt<\/li>\n<li>Kom hindb\u00e6rrene op i en ren sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n<li>Pisk piskefl\u00f8den til en let fl\u00f8deskum<\/li>\n<li>Kom en tredjedel af piskefl\u00f8den op til hindb\u00e6rblandigen og pisk hurtigt, kom du hindb\u00e6rmassen over i sk\u00e5len med det restrende fl\u00f8deskum og vend s\u00e5 det hele forsigtigt sammen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Opbygning:<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Tag din ene mandelbund og i din form hvor du har placeret noget kageplast. Tag 2\/3 af hindb\u00e6rfromagen og sm\u00f8r ud p\u00e5 bunden. Tag nu din anden bund og placer oven p\u00e5, pres let ned, og fordel den sidste del af hindb\u00e6rfromagen ud p\u00e5 toppen af kagen.<\/li>\n<li>Kagen s\u00e6ttes nu p\u00e5 k\u00f8l natten over eller alternativ i fryseren i min. 3 timer, hvorefter den befries fra plast og form og straks placeres p\u00e5 det fad, den skal serveres p\u00e5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>OVERTR\u00c6KSMARCIPAN<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c6lt alle ingredienserne sammen til en ensartet masse enten i h\u00e5nden eller i en r\u00f8remaskine.<\/li>\n<li>Rul marcipanen ud i ekstra flormelis til et langt b\u00e5nd. S\u00f8rg for at marcipanen er under bev\u00e6gelse igennem hele udrulningen. M\u00e5l evt. kagen for at vide hvor langt b\u00e5ndet skal rulles ud. B\u00e5ndet skal v\u00e6re 1 cm. h\u00f8jere en kagen.<\/li>\n<li>Rul marcipanen rundt om kagen, s\u00f8rg for at det er s\u00e5 j\u00e6vnt som overhovedet muligt brug evt. en marcipan\/fondant udglatter.<\/li>\n<li>Tag 2 fingere (enten h\u00f8jre eller venstre) med et mellemrum p\u00e5 ca.1 cm og tag med din anden h\u00e5nd (venstre eller h\u00f8jre) din pege finger. De 2 fingre placeres p\u00e5 marcipanen ved toppen, tag nu din pegefinger og skub ind mellem dine 2 fingre og der vil komme en lille &#8220;b\u00f8lge&#8221;, forts\u00e6t hele kagen rundt. (h\u00e5ber det var til at forst\u00e5, ellers skriv i kommentaren, jeg vil selvf\u00f8lgelig svare s\u00e5 godt jeg kan!)<\/li>\n<li>Tag din hvide chokolade og skrab med en skrab kniv chokoladesp\u00e5ner.
